All orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days unless otherwise notified. If you need your items sooner, please reach out to us at below and we will make arrangements to rush your items.
We know no one likes to pay for shipping! So we offer it FREE on all orders over $150. Otherwise it's just an easy flat rate of only $8!
All orders placed within 24 hours from one person will be combined and duplicate shipping will be refunded. So you can literally place unlimited orders within 24 hours but only charged one time!!
Chunky Armadillo WILL NOT assume responsibility for invalid information given by the customer and any additional shipping fees due to this will be the customer's responsibility.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery confirmation date (FOR IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS). Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All items must be returned in NEW condition. This means items must be unworn, unwashed, odor & pet hair free, must not have deodorant, make up or food stains in order to be eligible for store credit.
ALL accessories are FINAL SALE!!!! This includes but is not limited to hats, jewelry, belts, glasses, etc.
All "SALE" items are considered FINAL SALE and will not be covered under the return guidelines. This includes any orders using any discount codes....final sale no exceptions.
When returning shoes, please DO NOT return with tape & shipping labels stuck to the actual shoe box. The shoe box MUST BE returned in a mailing box or wrapped in paper.
If any of the return items are found in the above conditions, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay the shipping.
ANY ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WILL REQUIRE A RE-SHIPPING FEE. IF WE DO NOT RECIEVE THE RE-SHIPPING FEE WITHIN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim to USPS here.
If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Chunky Armadillo IS NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service, UPS, or your local law enforcement.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed you are welcome to return the item to us in accordance with our return policy.
If item arrives damaged, please send an email containing a photo of the damaged item within 3 business days of receipt to email@example.com A customer service representative will assist further. A photo must be sent prior to returning to ensure a replacement item be sent out.
If you used SEZZLE to pay for your order & return your items, you will still be responsible for making your SEZZLE payments. We are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes or cancel SEZZLE payments, as SEZZLE is only a service we provide to you. SEZZLE is an entirely separate company that you have gone in to an agreement with.
